Like every day, today I woke up early morning at 3.30, showered and washed the bathroom for 20 minutes, meditated for ten minutes, and started reading ‘Who Will Cry When You Die by Rabin Sharma’ while drinking a hot cup of coffee. At 5.30 AM, I grabbed my mobile phone and went to the park to walk for a while and do one or two push up.

While I was running in the small park nearby the river and listening audiobook of Robin Sharma, my two eyes stopped at the two elderly couples doing exercise.

I age them around 60 to 70 up. You might think, so what? But, I say I had stopped running, sat on the cemented chair, and looked at them for 20 mins or more. Grandpa was instructing his wife to bend her body while grandma was obediently following the instruction.

I didn’t know why but it touched deep down in my heart. I just thought about ‘1000 Miles Away’ where a girl runs after the boys who pay more for her while these beautiful couples are spending times together in the park till the 70s.
