“Travel had not been called always pretty. it has not been seen always comfortable. Sometimes, it hurts that it even has been breaking your heart. But, it’s Okay. The journey changes you; it should change you. It leaves you marks on your memory; on your consciousness, on your heart, and on your body. You take something with you. Hopefully, you always are leaving something good behind you.”
Besides, this amazing thought of Anthony Bourdain, I also pragmatically practice the words of Brian Tracy “spare a day for yourself; for your inner, you” that he talks on his book called “Eat That Frog First.” Hence, if I am not traveling then, I always do sit alone the whole day and contemplate all the things been happened in my life; are happening at the moment; and are about to happen in the future, if I am sure about it. It makes me rebuild; relax my mind and heart to be refreshed.
